Your Day in The Life

  • Taking Care of the full employee lifecycle of the consultants hired within the region.
  • Provide HR Induction to the consultants.
  • Approving the offer letter and contract extensions via the HRMS system
  • Handling payroll for consultants in the region and computing final settlement
  • Timesheet Management
  • Closing monthly payroll overall headcounts.
  • Checking and Monitoring Margin Drop Down List as per salary revision.
  • Manage and prioritize demands from stakeholders and HR business partners to optimize resources supporting the employee life cycle.
  • Work Passes and all related pass matters, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates.
  • Coordinate exit management activities, including separation documents, interviews, and final salary computations.
  • Manage annual medical benefits and insurance renewals, administer new staff registrations, and provide monthly utilization reports.
  • Handle HR Enquiries from consultants and stakeholders
  • Initiate background checks and manage third-party vendors as and when required
  • Leave management
  • Entering of the new hire information in the EPE system
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and employee tracker
  • Track and issue medical chit for annual medical check-ups of technical staff
  • Organise and provide support to employee engagement activities
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required

About you

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business and a business-related major with good experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 year of experience in operational or generalist HR or HR SSC environment, payroll knowledge an advantage
  • IHRP certification is an advantage
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail, along with an open and investigative mindset.
  • Adaptable to dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Possess sound knowledge of local statutory benefits, labor law, and occupational health and safety regulations and requirements.
  • Operates with a high degree of integrity and stellar work ethics
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Vlookup
  • Strong mindset for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Able to work under pressure and perform effectively in a highly demanding environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, accountability, and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Easypay is an advantage
