JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for leading a finance team to provide a full spectrum of finance function including financial processing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and internal controls improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a team of finance staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Provide sound analysis of financial data to management and Business Heads.
• Plan and lead the annual budgeting exercise.
• Establish, monitor and improve accounting practices and internal controls to ensure good governance and reporting standards.
• Support implementation and improvement of accounting system and other business application systems.
• Support external and internal auditors for audit matters.
• Spearhead initiatives and implement measures to optimize process efficiency and productivity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 7 years' experience, preferably with 3 years of experience in managerial position.
• Knowledgeable in financial managements reporting, analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Sound knowledge of accounting systems and audit experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, pro-active and results oriented
• Good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.
