Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.
The role of the Project Coordinator will be able to learn and equip with a full suite of comprehensive exposure and knowledge on Project management that covers proposal, product sourcing, timeline management, cost and resource control and quality management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilitie
The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager performs a comprehensive range of duties including some or all of the following:
Job Requirement:
- Coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.
- To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, and effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, Management, and Project Team.
- To ensure all project requirements are within the standards & control of the project management plan.
- Able to multi-task and manage several things at one time.
- Able to handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines
- Any other works as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
· Singapore, Singapore PR or Malaysian.
· ITE Level. Preferably in Electrical and or Mechanical or Manufacturing.
· Fresh grads or 1 year working experience may apply.
· Working hours – 0830 to 1730hrs Monday to Friday.
