  • Location : Alexandra Road (2 Bus Stops away from Queenstown MRT)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8am to 5.45pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Variable Bonus + 12 to 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Metal Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of facilities & administration operation.
  • Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Oversee office space and facilities, setting up office phone lines and internet.
  • Provide simple HR support
  • Handle employees medical insurance and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate employee leave records, processing medical and other claims
  • Manage application, renewal and cancellation of Work Passes
  • Handle other administrative matters pertaining to staff employment, confirmation and resignation
  • Presentation of monthly financials and yearly budgeting to Management
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and submission of monthly reports such as billing summary, bank reconciliations, statement of income and expenditure and balance sheet
  • Liaise closely with auditors and tax agent
  • Handle monthly payroll and CPF submissions
  • Preparation and submission of employees’ earnings through IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme
  • Manage third-party vendors, purchasing and maintaining office supplies (e.g stationery, pantry)
  • Liaise with IT vendor for support on all office equipment
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Administrative Management with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong command in English Strong management skills and leadership qualities.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates
