Job description:
- Oversee overall operations department which includes production, warehouse and logistics sections.
- Key responsibility includes monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and restocking of raw materials to ensure no downtime in production.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting regular performance reviews.
- Lead and motivate all operational staff to ensure that performance targets and corporate objectives are achieved.
- Consistently review operations and team performance to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Assist Senior Manager with overall operations planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures at all times.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Has experience in managing a team of 20 headcounts and up.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Candidates with working experience in retail, food & beverage or manufacturing industry are welcomed.
- Able to perform hands-on work.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel and Word.
- Able to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
