Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing managers across multiple markets.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Provide guidance, set clear expectations, and ensure the team's performance aligns with organizational goals.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for multiple markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with other business functions.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ROI.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage performance marketing budgets for multiple markets.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing expenditures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other department heads, including sales & marketing, product team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Reporting:
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on performance marketing metrics to the executive team.
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling performance marketing teams.
- Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with senior leadership teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent understanding of paid media channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Product Development or technical related – basic coding skill is a plus
- Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance marketing KPIs and targets.
