Job Summary:
• Basic Salary: $3,400 to $5,000 (depending on exp)
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Location: Defu Lane (near Kovan)
Responsibilities:
• Support Raw, Crust grading and Selection department’s quality activities and processes, evaluate their performances and ensure that improvements are implemented to meet customer requirements as well as company objectives.
• Lead, in cooperation with Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor, activities associated with raw skins quality including, but not limited to:
o Raw skin inspection and grading.
o Raw skin trend analysis, performance reports and KPI.
o Root cause analysis and supplier corrective actions request to crocodile farms.
• Lead, in cooperation with Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor, activities associated with tanned skins quality (crust) including, but not limited to:
o Crust inspection, grading and selection (based on customer requirements).
o Crust quality trend analysis, performance reports and KPI.
o Root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant department.
• Support Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor and team in day-to-day activities pertaining to raw, crust grading and selection activities.
• Support production tanning team and quality team with the review of quality rejects and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CA) activities.
• Lead, manage and implement continuous improvement projects for quality processes, activities, and controls.
• Maintain and improve, in cooperation with senior quality engineer in charge of ISO 9001 certification, quality system documents (ISO 9001) associated with Raw, Crust grading and selection including work instructions, records, quality specifications and guides
Requirements:
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing industry are highly advantageous
