PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Supporting and servicing of customers under software maintenance contracts
· Troubleshooting network related problems on MS Windows and Office 365 networks
· Installation and migration of Microsoft Windows, Linux,or Citrix
· Installation and configuration of servers, Cisco routers and Cisco PIX, Checkpoint, Watchguard firewalls, etc
· Installation and configuration of MS Windows environment
REQUIREMENTS
· Possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT, eg: MCSE, CCNA, CNE
· Minimum 5 years experience in supporting MS Windows or Unix/Linux networking environment
· Knowledge of VMWare, or HP/IBM Blade servers/SAN storage would be an added advantage
· Working knowledge of products such as HP and IBM servers, Cisco switches/routers or firewalls
· Working knowledge of MS AD design, routers, firewalls, storage area networks, Microsoft Exchange server, etc
· Good command of spoken and written English
