JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for appointment scheduling, customer registration, billing and payment collections, day-end reconciliation of accounts and administrative duties.
- To prepare Patient/ Customer and assist Doctor to carry out clinical, medical and aesthetic consultation, examination and procedure.
- To ensure timely and professional response to enquiries and request from phone calls and e-mails.
- To be responsible for health and travel declaration; arrangement for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures etc.
- To assist in planning, coordinating and to participate in all Company’s health/ beauty/ product seminar, event, workshop, presentation or demonstration etc.
- To assist with clinic’s daily operations.
- To ensure monthly stock taking is accurate.
- To render quality care according to the Patient/ Customer’s needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to speak and type in Mandarin to handle queries from Mandarin speaking Patient/ Customer and provide direct care to Mandarin speaking Patient/ Customer.
- A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Rotating work shifts.
- Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
- Prior work experience in GP/ Aesthetics clinic will be an added advantage.
