Job Descriptions:
Production:
- Compile production data using SAP.
- Verify production data and investigate discrepancies.
- Check and verify efficiency and yield from production.
- Monitor transferred raw material from warehouse to production and from production return to warehouse.
- Monitor finished goods quantity vs raw material usage.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Inventory Control:
- Conduct daily cycle counts.
- Generate reports for customers.
- Create goods return notes for customers.
- Assist in goods receiving.
- Monitor inventory in the warehouse and liaise with the 3rd Party warehouse.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- GCE "O" Level / Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
