Job Description
- Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
- Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications.
- Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence.
- Laising with dormitory, vendors and related parties and internal customer.
- Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant.
- Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing.
- Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process.
- Maintain & update the HR system.
- Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing and registration.
- Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc.
- Other administrative duties.
- Ad hoc duties.
Job Requirement
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team member.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
