- Perform bulk printing and duplicating services using in-house photocopier machines
- Perform finishing works onto printouts such as corner-stapling, hole-punched, collate by class & saddle-stitch
- Support Examination Committee in printing, collation, movement and safekeeping of the examination papers under prevailing tightened measures
- Ensure the printouts match the printing requests
- Ensure printing jobs are performed accurately and timely
- Maintain and upkeep the stationery inventory in the printing room
- Liaise with printer company on machine’s consumables
- Support front office during peak periods such as recess time & dismissal and perform simple administration duties
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
· Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level certification
· Ability to operate printing machines
· Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy skills
· Able to work independently
· Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers
· Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.* inclusive of 1/2h lunch break
· Fridays: 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., inclusive of 1/2h lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
