Position: Catering Assistant
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: $2400 - $3000/month
Job Description:
- Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prepare raw materials for cooking, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Portion cooked food accurately for efficient packing and service.
- Collaborate closely with the team, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment.
- Maintain high standards for product quality and service delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of daily meals and special festive offerings.
- Perform hygiene tasks, including cleaning and washing, to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to overall kitchen efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B or food factory operations.
- Familiar with food hygiene requirements to ensure compliance.
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is a plus, if available.
- Able to work in shifts to support varying operational hours.
- Strong team player, committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
