Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, collaborate, and work closely with internal staff including AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers, as well as external parties such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers.
- Study schematic designs and construction drawings to create detailed AV construction drawings.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
- Plan, manage, and schedule resources effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works, specifically in M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or infrastructure (Structured cabling).
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year of experience in Audio Visual project management.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD or REVIT.
- Experience in managing projects at construction sites.
- Familiarity with interpreting BIM modeling.
- Technical knowledge in Audio Visual Products.
