Peacehaven Nursing Home provides compassionate, individualized, holistic care to all without discrimination. We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with minimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home.

The Home has 14 separate Resident Living Areas (RLAs), each designed as an individual home-like environment. Hope RLA is specially designed to meet the needs of relatively independent residents with dementia.Peacehaven Nursing Home has also been awarded the bizSAFE level 3 status which affirms our commitment to safety and health standards at the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking to employ an HR Executive with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process in close collaboration with hiring managers
  • Handle all staff movement pertaining to recruitment, confirmation and transfer. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of existing staff
  • Create, updating and maintaining record of personnel files

Training

  • Coordinate course registration, confirmation and post-training evaluation
  • Liase with government agencies and schools for course administration
  • Disseminate courses that are relevant to respective Head of Departments
  • Maintain updated records of all employees' in-house and external trainings

Others

  • Process overtime submission of staff on a monthly basis
  • Liase with government agencies such as MOH, AIC, SNB for professional certification matters
  • Undertake assignments and projects as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (intermediate/Advance level)
  • Strong administrative skills, with good attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences at all levels, in both written and verbal forms
  • Good team player, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Strength of character, able to maintain strict confidentiality and trustworthy
  • IHRP Certification Preferred

Working Hours

  • The total working hours is 44 hours per week
  • Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
  • 8.30 am to 5.45 pm (Monday Friday, 1-hour break inclusive)
