- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
- Providing professional service in attending to the firm’s clients
- Perform administrative and filling duties
- Any other ad hoc tasks by direct supervisors
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Applicants with no relevant or partial experience but are open to learning new skills are invited to apply
