- Work location is in Seatrium Tuas Boulevard, Can able to handle both Hull and Mechanical Works
- Should able to handle a team independently to carry out New construction and Repair works.
- Can able to troubleshoot day to day activities
- If Hull,Could able to read fabrication drawings of heavy ship structures, new ship building knowledge , Mould loft , Planning of fabrication sequence and Delivery of the project.
- If Mechanical, Knowledge of Docking jobs like Propeller, Thrusters and Rudders servicing is important,Knowledge on Pumps,valves, winches and hydraulic cylinder services would be added advantage
- Could able to estimate the project costing and budgeting.
- Should be responsible for the daily manpower planning, project planning and execution. Safety of the workers and the staff is the critical element and supervisor must be responsible for that,Deliver project on time and under the given budget.
- Should able to report the daily progress and do recovery plan for the project .
- Monitor the project KPI and appraise the work force according to the merit of the workers .
- Report to Commercial Manager and Director
