Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced HR L&D Manager to join client's team an MNC company.
As the HR L&D Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training and development programs across the organization. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a key role in talent management, performance appraisal, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance appraisal and succession planning
- Assist in the recruitment process by recommending candidates and preparing salary proposals
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in HR and L&D
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and L&D roles
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
