Your Impact
- Identify training needs and formulate winning strategies for Education across respective markets to support their business needs and objectives.
- Lead and facilitate the regional educators in planning, developing, and implementing strategies and projects.
- Ensure TR & SEA-specific retail excellence with the client-centric approach in all Education programs and activities are executed in line with Makeup FOR EVER’s standards & values.
- Collaborate with and influence the International Edu team to fulfill market needs such as events and training programs.
- Lead Retail Operation Executive SG to ensure the smooth running of store operations to push sellout.
Your Mission
Strategy Planning & Training
- Develop and adapt education materials to address the business environment's and customers' needs.
- Lead and coach educators to implement training programs and strategies.
- Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and activities and provide recommendations to markets.
- Design and execute the planned retail & education curriculum, digital learning APP, and grooming guidelines for the retail team to optimize productivity to achieve the overall sell-through objectives.
- Assist educators in planning training calendars and budgets to meet the overall business, sales, and marketing objectives.
- Work with educators to improve the field team’s brand & product knowledge, make-up skills, and selling techniques.
- Plan and deliver training according to market needs – Singapore Local Market and TR-specific training.
- Maintain a keen understanding of competitors' training trends and best practices.
- Plan for forecast training gifts and testers with educators.
People Development
- Collaborate with educators & retail team to identify and develop talents to advocate and implement “The Makeup Artist Journey.”
- Provide regular Train-the-Trainer workshops to educators and the retail team.
- Train and provide certification for regional educators and field teams on in-house development programs.
- Map out regional educators’ development with the HQ education team and arrange workshops to elevate skills.
- Motivate and engage the field team by organizing key events, e.g., expert seminars, BA dinners, and contests.
Retail Excellence
- Design service flow adapted to different market needs.
- Incorporate relevant processes and guidelines into specific training programs to ensure the best service quality and grooming that aligns with the desired brand image.
- Monitor expert grooming standards and implement seasonal makeup looks and attire to promote newness.
- Actively participate in the launch animation planning with the marketing and retail team.
- Gather customer & field team’s product feedback and relay it to marketing for review.
- Work with Marketing & Retail functions to formulate responses and follow up on customer complaints.
- Support HPPs, makeup shows, livestreams, in-store events, or other events sponsored by the brand.
Collaboration & Bridging The Markets
- To be the face of Education in respective markets & establish good relationships with all the education departments of all TR and market partners.
- Maintain a good relationship with other markets’ education teams, seek opportunities for cross-over projects, and exchange best practices.
- Collaborate with HQ on specific project implementation and adaptation to TR APAC & SEAO markets.
Managing Retail Operations for Sephora SG
Lead and manage Retail Operation Executive, SG to:
- Ensure smooth running of store operations - sufficient stocks & testers, merchandising, beauty events, in-store activities, and customer loyalty development.
- Conduct regular check on merchandising and gondola maintenance and provide feedback to the Marketing/VM team
- support the selling effort.
- Conduct demos/talks/workshops for consumers during key launch activities
- Monthly submission of competitors’ launches, promo mechanics, and animation spaces to Marketing.
- Provide Sephora floor layout when the regional VM team requires such.
- Commission and duty roster for MUEs in selected Sephora stores.
