Main Objective
You will report to the Customer Service Manager and provide support in the following areas:
• Point of contact between Sales and Production
• To achieve customer satisfaction
Key Tasks
- Handling of customer enquiry for products and services
- Monitor and prepare quotation for Sales
- Reviewing existing quotations with clients to assess status
- Sourcing of materials for job related ancillaries to avoid disruption in production schedules
- Conduct of Contract Review in the event of an order
- Manage and clear outstanding customer demands and coordinate with Production to facilitate timing delivery of orders
- Update order progress with clients
- Maintenance and Preparation of presentation material, product information
Key Responsibilities
• To act as a central point for the customer on a particular job and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison.
• To liaise constantly with Production personnel regarding job status
• To achieve customer satisfaction
• To create and maintain good working relationships
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Ability to work under owns initiative
- Ability to think strategically
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Having product and quality knowledge will be an advantage
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Material or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
- Good PC skills
- 0 - 2 years experience welcome to apply
