RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the DFS Review Meetings to identify and mitigate the safety and health risks
- Maintain records of safety and health issues arising from the DfS Review Meetings and actions taken
- Communicate Safety and Health Information to Stakeholders
- Facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions for the preparation of Safety Submissions.
- Arrange authority to invite and attend the risk management sessions for observing the hazard identifications and evaluations.
- Implement a system for documentation of safety and health records in accordance with organisational requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed and Passed the Design for Safety Professional (DFS Professional) Course
- A Registered PE is not required but min 10 years relevant experience is preferred.
- LTA project experience preferred.
