Scope of work
To provide excellent legal and administrative support to lawyers
Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence
Generating standard letters and invoices
Calendar management and other secretarial functions
Qualification
At least O Levels/Diploma/Private Secretarial Certificate.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a law firm
Skills
We are looking for someone who is:
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Able to display a good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT savvy
- Methodical, meticulous with attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills; strong team player
- Familiarity with iManage Document Management System and Affinity Practice Management system or similar systems is an advantage, but not essential
