The successful candidate should be observant, inquisitive, resilient and excited at the prospect of spearheading the transition of hervelvetvase as an online brand to an offline experience.
Duties include managing a team, overseeing sales, styling and customer experience as well as content creation and digital marketing.
Job Scope:
- Ensure the hvv experience is synonymous with our mission to Create Memories and Celebrate Milestones
- Develop brand experience strategies and customer journey in store to improve customer experience and brand awareness
- Handle daily sales, operations, inventory, stock replenishment, monthly rostering and visual merchandising
- Strategize and execute online and offline monthly marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor, analyse and interpret sales, product performance and customer engagement and preferences
- Generate and contribute content across social media platforms
- Support and motivate retail team to ensure seamless online and offline experience
Requirements:
- An hvv ambassador and strong advocate of the brand
- Believes in our mission to Create Memories and Celebrate Milestones
- Is genuine, happy, observant, resilient and self-aware
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and excited to engage with customers
- Minimum 1 year experience in the retail or hospitality industry
- Minimum 1 year commitment
- Flexible working schedule, able to work 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays
