10 to 12 years of overall experience in Oracle Apps with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementation/rollout projects covering Fusion SCM Cloud, primarily in the Supply Chain Planning or Order Management product areas. Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules will be preferred.
Supply Chain Planning expertise includes the following modules: Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Backlog Management, S&OP and Supply Chain Collaboration.
Order Management expertise includes the following modules: Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Configurator and Channel Revenue Management.
Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Consulting experience is required.
Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Data Migrations with due process adherence.
Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore
Basic SQL knowledge is preferable
