- Responsible for day-to-day admin duties for office management and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
- Organise and process the payment of administrative related invoices and property management expense tracking.
- Liaise with tenants/contractors for facility/property management.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for corporate office staff as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and writing skills to communicate with Stakeholders/external parties.
