Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the production and materials production and handling process, including production planning, cost management, procurement of raw materials ,etc
- Manage and supervise a team of operators and technicians
- Report to the manager in charge of the operation
- Handle audits by customers / partners
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair if required
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment faults
- Communication with customer for quality problem and requirements
Requirement:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min 3 years working experience in (production, process engineering)
- Supervisory and leadership experience is essential
- Good Communication and presentation skill
