Job scope:
- In charge of full set of accounts preparation
- Prepare full set of financial statements
- Handle Daily Accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submission
- Prepare accounting schedule for audit purpose
- Prepare corporate tax submission
- Work with external parties eg; Company Secretary, Bank and Tax agentS
- In charge of monthly payroll activities
- Handles Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
- Update candidate the interview outcome and recruitment process
- To maintain HR personnel related documentations including staffing, recruitment
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Provide advice on HR-related matters
- Other ad hoc / admin duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Xero Accounting Software
- Info Tech is an advantage
- Highly competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel - Pivot table and Word.
- Independent worker, team player, responsible
- Self-motivated
- Able to handle all documents with confidentiality
- Positive and Able to take up new Challenge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Cendex Tower, Near Tiong Bahru MRT
- 5 days work week
- Able to start immediately
