- We are looking for a Design Coordinator
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or other related courses
- Proficient in Photoshop/any design software (e.g. Canva/Illustrator)
- Proficiency in any video editing software is an added advantage
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge of HTML or at least willing to learn on job
Job Description
- Create online and offline creatives (including social media, digital ads, POSM, videos etc).
- Update and maintain webpages and other communication channels with the latest promotions.
- Execute EDMs and in-app communications to target relevant partners
- Manage company’s website and social media accounts
- Assist in coordination and planning of marketing events and ad-hoc marketing duties when required
- Actively propose ideas to increase company’s branding
- Utilize various mass and targeted marketing initiatives to promote company products offerings to the appropriate partners
- Participate and propose ideas relating to ‘promotion and ‘place of the marketing mix
