About the role:
- Manage a portfolio of prime property assets in the central core region
- Perform physical evaluation of properties
- Conduct research and market analysis to provide proposals on rental rates
- Facilitate rent negotiations, renewals, and handover processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (investors, tenants, authorities, professionals) to resolve issues of the properties
- Assist the team leader in property improvement projects
- Provide proposals for cost optimization to ensure cost management initiatives align with overall business objectives
- Support the team leader in evaluating, identifying and minimizing operational risks
- Handle emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure minimal disruptions
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities or Real Estate Management
- Good working attitude and show willingness to learn
- Possess great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Resourceful and have strong analytical skills
- Thrive in ambiguity and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Enjoys working in a team environment with mentorship
