Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to be part of our Sales Team. What will you do:
· Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Redmart, Shopee, Fairprice Online, Lazada, Facebook, etc in Singapore
· Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
· Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
· Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media
· Able to assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing ideas for marketing projects ( Digital Marketing & Social Media Content)
. Take charge of performing social media and website content updates, producing content, key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, and support company objectives
. Contribute to overall digital growth and content marketing strategy to communicate Company’s profile to the target audience and to support the Company outreach and expansion
· Analyse products sale performance, short term, and midterm sales forecast
· Drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across sales network
· Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target
· Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
· Other days to days of operation. Logistics-related matters regarding running an e-commerce business
What it takes:
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Bilingual with proficiency in major working languages
· Highly initiative with positive energy
· Process good attitude towards learning and improving
· Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, not a must but a plus point
