Job Scope:
1. Handle operational activities eg merchandising display, ordering of foods and supplies and from direct suppliers stocks
2. Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
3. Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses
4. Sales initiatives and targets must be achieved
5. Securing people for opening and closing shift and must have relievers in case of absents, mc and leaves. and documentations.
6. Cleanliness. (for RWS must obtain passing grade on inhouse quality assurance auditors.
7. Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with the account manager
8. Food safety and hygiene
9. Profit and loss of outlet being handled
10. Financial auditing of store documents.
11. Handling mall leasing requirements and updates.
12. Resolving repairs and maintenance issues ( for rws: outside premises marketing collaterals)
13. Reporting directly to the owners for emergencies.
14. Trainings for new hires
15. Handling customer complaints
16. Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
17. Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Job Requirements:
· Degree in related field
· A Minimum of three years of experience required
· Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Leadership Experience
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Strong knowledge of restaurant management software
· Team work
· The ability to work autonomously
· Willing to learn new things
· Required to work 6 days work week and able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
· Social Media Posters, Brochure and Logo Design skills
