Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our Company is looking for enthusiasm individuals (Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident is preferred) to join us. Candidate is required to:

  • Support company operations by organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Assist in managing and organising daily administrative activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role.
  • Diploma in Business Practice (Administration and Management) or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
