Roles and Responsibilities:
Our Company is looking for enthusiasm individuals (Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident is preferred) to join us. Candidate is required to:
- Support company operations by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Assist in managing and organising daily administrative activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of work experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role.
- Diploma in Business Practice (Administration and Management) or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
