- Position : HR & Admin Assistant
- Location : 1 Pemimpin Dr (Bishan/Marymount)
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in End-to-End recruitment
- Assist in work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
- Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
- Review and update employee handbook in accordance with local legislation.
- Other adhoc admin duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Associates
