  • Location : 1 Pemimpin Dr (Bishan/Marymount)
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Electrical Works

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assist in End-to-End recruitment
  • Assist in work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
  • Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
  • Review and update employee handbook in accordance with local legislation.
  • Other adhoc admin duties assigned by Manager.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Associates
