• Specialized in end-to-end recruitment functions which include from onboarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations.
• Looking Enthusiastic person and result oriented person is big factor.
• Willing to work individual and team
• Analyzing and monitoring the resourcing needs in term IT, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
• Efficiently use different recruitment tactics such as recruitment platforms, career website, social media, job boards, headhunting and Linkedin and employee referral to attract talents
• Participate in Career Fair, Internship and any other recruitment projects
• Company Fit Analysis
• Before we start sourcing, we get to know your company's needs and requirements before headhunting for your ideal candidates.
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment cycle
Potential candidates will also be groom as Business development Manager and Sales. Who can do 360 job for organization.
