We are running Food (Dim Sum) manufacture as well as chain resturants. Due to our business expend quickly. We are now looking for some experienced dim sum assistatn to grow together.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of Dim Sum production, preparation and presentation
- Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum
- Maintain proper consistency in food quality
- Quality control & stock inventory
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standard of central kitchen
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing warehouse is preferred
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- 5 days’ work week (0900hrs to 1800hrs)
- Singaporean and PR only
