Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage special exhibitions and related projects in the aspects of scheduling, budgeting, design, legal matters, procurement paperwork and exhibition reports.
- Plan and arrange logistics and administration related to exhibitions, including shipping, crate fabrication, guests and couriers, conservation works, and insurance requirements.
- Ensure effective teamwork and communication with stakeholders, project partners, curators, project managers, lenders, contractors and experts.
- Drive progress for special exhibitions and projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Participate in other non-exhibition-related projects and/or non-departmental roles and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Degree with 3 years of experience in the art and culture industry, especially in museums and galleries.
- Efficient, organised, highly motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, attentive to details with regards to procurement processes and paperwork.
