- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
