Description:
- Works closely with the businesses on key annual HR projects (Performance Assessment, Compensation Reviews and Incentive planning and Employee Engagement activities)
- Prepares statutory surveys/reports and ensure timely submissions
- Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management exercise, salary benchmark survey, statutory reports, etc
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners in the Singapore and Area office, especially the logistics and the session plan
- Ensures HR database up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees, maintain proper administration of employee files, assists in data analysis and metric tracking
- • Provides administrative support on HR activities such as benefits administration, HR letters, track and process confirmation/work pass and other general HR duties as assigned
- Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects.
- Prepares and collation of reports/documents to meet business timeline
- Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
