- Work with a team, including partner of suppliers and customers, to develop solutions for industrial laser system including laser, optics, mechanical, electrical, automation and machine vision
- System level troubleshooting on laser and optical systems. Understand customer problem statement and feedback to supply for improving
- Develop and implement continuous improvement of material processing in lab, applying a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Provide day-to-day technical support for remote laser/scanner troubleshooting
- Software programming in laser micro-machining with advanced high speed scanner control
