Job Description:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
    Analyze data to inform business development strategies.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  4. New Business Development: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
    Negotiate and manage partnerships, collaborations, and alliances.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team.
    Set clear goals and targets, and provide guidance to achieve them.
  7. Sales Performance: Oversee the sales process, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements.
    Collaborate with sales teams to ensure targets are met.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the business development budget.
    Ensure cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
    Analyze data to evaluate the success of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
