Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs for employees based in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region, overseeing material review and participant selection.
- Arrange logistics for both in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling, facility booking, and budget management.
- Collaborate with headquarters, team members, and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback to address employee skill gaps.
- Manage training records, including history, certifications, and academic sponsorships, and ensure the maintenance of internal learning systems.
- Develop and maintain a SharePoint Online site for training-related resources, such as course calendars and policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc improvement projects and provide support for training initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference for Human Resource Management.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exhibit resourcefulness and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Display strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Show initiative and the ability to work independently while also contributing to team efforts.
- Proficiency in human resource digital software systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of business management principles is advantageous.
- Proven ability to drive process productivity independently.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
