Property Leasing Executive
Job Description
Leasing ( Commercial / retail )
· Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for the properties
· Maintain full occupancy of portfolio
· Engage in negotiations to secure leasing deals and facilitate the proper execution of necessary leasing documents.
· Achieve competitive optimal rent and lease terms in the securing/renewing tenants
· Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
· Ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements
· Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company
· Planning and executing workplan strategies to meet department goals
· Achieve key performance targets in revenue, profit and pipeline metrics
· Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners
· Undertake business development activities to secure new project appointments
· Carry out marketing and leasing activities for appointed projects and other open listings.
· Work with Building Manager and external managing agents (if any) on property related matters
· Review/evaluate and process contractors’ quotations on property matters
· Support Building Manager in managing M&E/Facility related repair and replacement works
· Ensure that contractors/sub-contractors perform their services as per the service contracts
· Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis
· Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities or potential in leadership and managerial roles
- Passionate about retail & office industry
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Good communicator and motivator
- Good command of written and oral English
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Innovative and resourceful
- Technology savvy and competent in MS office
(Salary range $3,500 to $4,600 )
