Job requirement
- Must have a least 2 years of experience in F&B outlet, like food court, coffee shop and restaurant
- Assisting operation manager in daily operation, like roster planning, ordering of stock from supplier
- Able to work long hours, weekend and public holiday
Job Description
- Provide efficient, accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer service delivery in accordance to established SOP like taking customer order - clearing tables - require making coffee - perform cashiering at times - does mopping and cleaning of dining areas and dishwashing - any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
- Provide supervisor customer service that is fast, super friendly and customized to the needs of each customer
- Comply with company's policies and procedures relating to all outlet activities
- Perform mise-end place
