Job Descriptions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, ensuring tables, chairs, and utensils are clean and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next customer, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation practices.
- Support and assist fellow team members when needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
