Responsibilities
- Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers
- Develop and conduct clinical application training to ensure that the customers can safely and effectively use the system maximising image quality and productivity
- Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstration
- Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilisation
- Troubleshoots product issues on/off sites and identifies any product usability issues
- Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company
- Support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers
Requirement
- Min Deg in Biomedical Engineering / Science / Radiography / Nursing / other relevant courses
- Experience in medical industry is preferred
- Good listening skills
- Excellent presentation skills
