- Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, which include:
- Pre-Payroll activities including, input and update employee details and manage government claims.
- Payroll activities including, process payroll, process CPF, and manage payroll payments.
- Post-Payroll activities, including provision for bonus, manage month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answer employee payroll enquiries.
- Maintain complete and systematic records relating to employees' pay
- Involved in payroll processing and all its related duties.
- Analyse reasons for variation in manpower expenses for monthly ad-hoc reporting.
- Liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll matters.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as and when requested
- Assist in maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees' pay.
- Perform monthly payroll computation of various cost centers.
- Process employees' claims, IR8A, and all other related tax forms and filings.
- Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Ability to work in a high transactional volume environment
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Ability to lead with team spirit, a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP system and/or shared service payroll experience will be an added advantage
