Responsibilities
- Assist to test, evaluate and assess the feasibility of latest Windows patches/IoT devices/networking device firmware upgrade before rollout
- Attend and provision user account, access right and IT resources requests timely within SLA timeframe
- Provide advice, support & guidance to staff & management with respect to technical issues, networking, operations, application and desktop support
- Assist to provision, setup and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines, as well as administering domain joined Windows server 2016 & 2019 services (AD,DNS,DHCP,ADFS,file sharing, web services and etc)
- Ensure all servers is being properly backup according to the backup policies and perform backup restore periodically
- Proactively conduct health check on all applications, servers and network devices and promptly report issues to vendor for resolution within SLA timeframe
- Assist to monitor network bandwidth usage and perform timely triage on suspicious/malicious activity in company network and end-client computer
- Standby to provide technical support and advice after office hours
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems
- Knowledge and experience in Server Administration are needed.
- Preferably with experiences of Office 365 administration
- Basic experience of Domain environment & Network
