Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions.
- Handle face to face and phone calls feedbacks.
- Raise work order whenever tenants request for technical assistance.
- Handle daily redemption and settlement of MSGV for credit cards reward program.
- Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
- 1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Passion for customer service and possess good customer handing skills.
- Great and friendly personality.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
