Senior/Customer Relations Officer

Singland Management Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions.
  • Handle face to face and phone calls feedbacks.
  • Raise work order whenever tenants request for technical assistance.
  • Handle daily redemption and settlement of MSGV for credit cards reward program.
  • Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
  • 1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Passion for customer service and possess good customer handing skills.
  • Great and friendly personality.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
