Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall's promotions and redemptions.
- Handle face-to-face and phone calls feedbacks.
- Assist in planning the duty roster and supervising the customer relations officers.
- Trains new staff with customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manages accurate inventory of promotion marchandise.
- Raise work order whenever tenants request for technical assistance.
- Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit cards reward program.
- Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and be responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' / Diploma level holder.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in frontine customer service or hospitality industry perferred.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
