Assistant Customer Relations Supervisor

Singland Management Services Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall's promotions and redemptions.
  • Handle face-to-face and phone calls feedbacks.
  • Assist in planning the duty roster and supervising the customer relations officers.
  • Trains new staff with customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manages accurate inventory of promotion marchandise.
  • Raise work order whenever tenants request for technical assistance.
  • Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit cards reward program.
  • Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and be responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' / Diploma level holder.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in frontine customer service or hospitality industry perferred.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
