12-15 years of IT industry experience.
Minimum 5 years of ERP program/project management experience.
At least 3 to 4 full cycle of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
Greenfield implementation experience with multiple countries and multiple entities.
Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, technical architecture, and integration with external systems.
Knowledge of Oracle On Prem, Oracle Cloud SAAS, PAAS planning and set up.
Able to plan and execute project plan independently and efficiently, managing timelines, and user expectations, and producing high quality deliverables.
Able to deliver projects meeting both financial and operational targets, and contractual requirements.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Possess independent, pleasant, patient and hardworking personality.
Good people management skills, able to motivate and assist team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore
